rob: Good point, Amelia. The hours people spend reading are the greatest cost involved. Given that we sometimes get fooled and buy books we don't enjoy, it's nice to have a low cover price, too--if not for the successes, at least for the rejects.Rob

Hawaii

After a long flight, Karen and I arrived in Hawaii last night and immediately went to bed. There is a huge time difference and 8:00 PM felt like one in the morning. Of course we were up at 4:00.

I'm in meetings this week and will be a bit sporatic on the blog but definitely intend to blog so stay tuned.

I did a lot of reading on the plane, finished the latest from Flo Fitzpatrick, Sandy Blair and Terry Brooks. I will be posting these reviews when I got home. I also got some work done on submissions--and have my eBookwise loaded with more submissions so I'll be working on these during breaks over the coming week.

I'm brutally embarassed that Carpathian is spelled with an 'h' rather than Carpatian as I've got the cover currently designed. I'll update the cover when I get home on Carpathian Shadows Vol. 1.
