Grr. Bravenet ate my blog again. Grrrr.
I've been working on edits for After the Dragon by Wendy Palmer and haven't let myself work on my own projects until I finished these. I'd hoped to finish over the weekend but reality caught up with me and I didn't. I did today, though, which means that tomorrow I'll take a whack at putting back together the various pieces of Remove from Circulation. I always feel weird when I'm not working on something.
This morning, Karen and I went for a nice walk on the beach. We got home hot and sweaty. There's a cold spell that's affecting most of the north, down as far as central Texas, but it hasn't reached us here in south Texas. We're hot and sticky (and not complaining). I edited until lunch, then Karen and I rode our bikes to the grocery store and I edited some more while Karen cooked (and swore) up a delicious dinner.
I also got some reading done on submissions, and wrote a review of Judy Christenberry's A Randall Hero. If you're one of the many Randall fans out there, you'll definitely enjoy this one. Here's my review: www.booksforabuck.com/rompages/rom_2007/randall_hero.html. Now I'm raeding Bite Me if You Can by Lynsay Sands.
Speaking of hot, I'm going to make Dallas Vice the www.BooksForABuck.com book of the day. A Texas Ranger heads into Dallas to clean up police corruption. But his chief suspect is a sexy Dallas Vice cop. He has to wonder whether to trust his brains or his hormones. It's only $1, but for a limited time only. Learn more, read the excerpt (free) or buy the entire eNovel here: www.booksforabuck.com/rompages/rom_2004/dallas_vice.html . (Available in HTML, Adobe Acrobat PDF, Palm Reader/eReader and Microsoft Reader formats).
